Job Description

Federal Working Group Inc.is currently seeking a Disaster Recovery Coordinator / Project Manager

Main responsibilities will include:

The Disaster Recovery Coordinator/ Project Manager will serve as the overall IT contingency lead for the  Information System Contingency Plan (ISCP), based on NIST Special Publication 800-34, Revision 1,  including the Information Technology Disaster Recovery Plan.

Manage the Information System Contingency Plan development by coordinating the efforts of a broad set of subject matter experts associated with the functionality and business processes supported by the system and with organizational elements responsible for related plans, such as the:

* COOP

* Incident Response Plan

* ITDRP

* Crisis Communication Plan.

– Work closely with the Cyber Security Office’s Information System Security Officers and the Disaster Recovery Program Management Office (DR PMO).

– Serve as the lead for Disaster Recovery  testing and managing restoration and recovery measures should the client  activate its ITDRP.

– Along with a team,  this role will be responsible for the development, maintenance, testing and updating of the ITIGSS ISCP on an annual basis.

– Update and maintain the  Disaster Recovery Testing Isolation Playbook.

– Design and lead two disaster recovery tests, ensuring readiness for a catastrophic event

– Design and lead the annual table top exercise and the annual functional DR test and produce the after action reporting.

– Updating the DR Test Management Plan
